What's your skin type?Most of us know very well what kind of skin we have. But for some people is not as easy to determine your skin type. Answer the following questions and you find that you skin.

As you know there are several types of skin, oily, dry, combination, sensitive, normal and acne. Your skin type determines the products you use to keep skin healthy and beautiful. With age our skin changes and sometimes our skin type also changes. It is therefore necessary to change the beauty products we use as the years pass.

Oily Skin
It is characterized by the brightness of the skin, the constant presence of blackheads and enlarged pores. You can also file scaly areas around the nose.

5 – Sun protection. It gets after moisturizer and before makeup. It is your protection against the sun and extending that these youth on your face.

The masks and treatments are desirable but may be optional depending on the condition of your skin.

Enemies of your skin

How is your skin type?

The choice of an index or other protection will depend on skin type (phototype) of each person and their sensitivity index sun exposure. Here we show a table, so you can choose the tanning your skin needs:

  • Phototype 0

White hair, blue eyes, no freckles, no tan, albino skin and very sensitive. People who have this skin type should avoid sun exposure.

  • Phototype I

red hair, green or blue eyes, freckles, very numerous, tanned least very light skin and very sensitive. The first few days, extreme protection – SPF 30, and the rest of the holidays can spend a maximum protection – SPF 25.

  • Phototype II

blond hair, blue eyes, freckles, numerous, light tan, light-skinned and sensitive. The first few days, maximum protection – SPF 20, and then you can download a high protection – SPF 15.

  • Phototype III

blond or brown hair, brown eyes, few freckles, tan, clear, fair skin sensitivity or matte media. The first few days, high protection – SPF 12, and the rest average protection – SPF 10.

  • Phototype IV

Brown hair, dark eyes, no freckles, deep tan, dull skin sensitivity low. The first few days, average protection – SPF 8, and then you can go to SPF 6.

  • Phototype V

dark brown hair, dark eyes, no freckles, dark tan, dark skin and very sensitive. The first few days, average protection – SPF6, and the remaining low protection – SPF 4.

  • Phototype VI

black hair, black eyes, no freckles, tan, black, callous skin. It is not necessary protection.

In any case, experts recommend using sunscreen with a protection index greater than 15. The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) warns that smaller factors are not effective in protection. However, recent studies conclude that 39% of the Spanish population uses indexes between 2 and 6.
