Health Care For The Skin

health careThe most important thing in maintaining the beauty and skin health for everyone is to perform routine maintenance. Indeed in the skin care routine, each person has a belief different. There are some people who prefer to do the treatment by going to the salon. While others would rather do my own routine maintenance, with a choice of skin care products each.

If associated with personal care, each person must have the product on their own beliefs. But unlike most people thought, that the more expensive a product is good for the skin. Actually, it would be better if you choose a product by considering the benefits to the skin.

The first step to determine the skin care routine, you must know the type of your skin first. Determine whether your skin type, dry, sensitive, normal or oily. Knowing your skin type is an important step to start routine, because if you buy products that do not comply then there would benefit, perhaps even a ‘disaster’. Basically, to get good results, all skin care products should be tailored to your skin type. For example your skin type is normal, the products you need to choose is to a normal skin type. (more…)

Skin care at different stages of life

The needs of our skin are largely determined by our skin type, the climate in which we live and our age. This time we’ll talk about skin care at different stages of life.

Skin care at different stages of life

The following is a general guide but depending on the condition of your skin may vary. Chronological age is not necessarily the age of your skin. A person who smokes while being young is likely to have the skin 10 years older than chronological age is.

At any time the basic principle is the same skin care: cleansing, exfoliation, moisturizer and a new element: sunscreen.

  • Cleaning may include cream or liquid cleaner (soap in some cases) and tonic. The tonic is not essential to most but it is desirable cleaning and leaves a pleasant fresh sensation. The cleaning also includes purifying respirators that are recommended depending on your type of skin once or twice a week for oily and every two weeks for normal or dry skin.
  • Exfoliation is the process of removing dead cells and help the skin look smoother.Whether Moisturizers creams, masks or any other form are important to keep our skin youthful longer.
  • Sun Protection The sun is the cause of many of our problems in the skin from premature aging spots up and skin cancer. The sun protection should begin as soon as we become aware of the care of our appearance. The sunscreen is as insurance against premature wrinkles and blemishes.

With this in mind let’s see how the routine changes with age and always remember that beauty changes but never disappears.

Nutrition and care for healthy skin

healthy skin food

Enjoy a healthy skin depends not only on hereditary factors. Food can also prevent wrinkles or reduce them considerably.

1. A balanced diet, the most appropriate

Healthy. A balanced diet is key to healthy skin. The key to a healthy and attractive skin is to follow a balanced diet, which are inclusive of all essential nutrients.

Fruits and vegetables. Are desirable to delay aging. Both groups of foods contain antioxidant substances, which counteract the oxidation chemical reactions that occur in our bodies. Besides fruits and vegetables, legumes, cereals and olive oil also help maintain a healthy look.

Water. Another important element is water. The consumption of two liters a day helps keep skin perfectly hydrated and eliminate toxins that can damage the body.

Less alcohol and snuff. By contrast, substances such as alcohol or snuff speed the aging process and are not recommended.

Less fat. Neither are prepared foods, such as industrial bakery, because they are high in saturated fat. Fats also contain red meat and can get up to speed degenerative processes as some cancers, according to several epidemiological studies have shown.

In short, to maintain a healthy body, healthy dynamic and important thing is eating a balanced diet and, above all, varied.
