Changes in the skin is the first warning signal on aging. Since the passage of time decreases muscle tone, skin tends to fall and this is especially evident in the aging neck and face. As well as the outer layers of the skin start to lose fat, the skin becomes thinner and more transparent and form wrinkles.
Wrinkles begin to appear when the skin loses its moisture and starts to dry. The skin is damaged by harmful UV rays of the sun are more susceptible to aging when compared to skin that has been under the care of sunscreen and wide brimmed hats and sunglasses.

One of the most common signs of skin aging is the occurrence of senile spots also known as sun spots, lentigines and liver spots.
They are harmless pigmented skin that appear as brown or yellow stains on the skin. Although it is an indication of advanced age, there is nothing to worry about unless the spots were developed during a period of time and change of texture or color. These spots are caused by prolonged sun exposure and if these changes occur may indicate the onset of skin cancer and therefore need to consult with your doctor to rule out this possibility.
