Tips to hydrate during the summer
One of the greatest desires of those who like the summer is our skin look enviably golden. And that sun exposure is the appropriate dose of sunblock and sunscreen, which does not prevent the heat emitted infrared rays make us sweat the “sweat bullets”.
The summer is when most dehydrated the body and the effects are seen in a skin that despite his nice tan product features of dry flakes. In addition, changes in its structure caused by ultraviolet rays decreases the production of collagen , a substance needed to provide elasticity to the dermis (in other words, subtract our defense against aging).
Our immediate prevention goes by eating at least two liters of water a day and rehydrating drinks if you practice a sport. Also, have a diet rich in vitamins A, C and E, found in carrots, orange and dried fruit, respectively (for some examples).
Importantly, we massage your body every day-especially the areas most exposed to sunlight, vitamin cream, gel for oily skin or emollient cream if your skin is dry (Preferably with sunscreen).
These must also be implemented as the basis of sunscreen at least twenty minutes before going outside. And do not forget to keep on hand a packet of tissue to dry our sweat and absorb accumulated dust and grease.
As for the hair , increase the dose of rinse at the ends and make a fortnight of special conditioning with mineral clay. Of course, you also have to apply their respective preferred sunscreen and wear a hat or cap, at least to go to the beach.
