The majority of respondents, a sample of 500 people aged between 60 and 98 years, have rated a 8’4 aging. While less than 10% of respondents associated the aging quality of their physical health status.

The most surprising result was that the most optimistic, that is, those who thought they aged well, not always coincided with those with better health.

Research has also shown that people who spend time each day, reading or engaging in other leisure activities, have a higher level of satisfaction in old age.

In summary, this study shows that the optimism and the attitude of ‘face’ to the things most important to achieve successful aging, that the traditions of health and welfare measures.
