Tips to Overcome Dry Skin

Dry skin is skin that has levels of oil that is very low and tends to be sensitive. Dry skin is caused by several factors, among others, genetic factors; the oil glands do not provide enough lubrication to the skin so the skin dehydrated. Another thing is the poor diet, lack of certain nutrients such as vitamins A and B. Or environmental factors such as exposure to sunlight, wind, cold air, free radicals or excessive exposure to soaps while bathing or washing face. To overcome the dry skin it would be nice if you tried some tips below:

-Avoid products that contain sulfur. Try skin care products and makeup that you use does not contain sulfur. This material may improve the condition of skin dryness.

- Use a moisturizer as well be active outside or inside the room, you have to use moisturizer. Choose moisturizers that water-based (water-based formula), and contains nutrients to the skin (moisture rich).

- Consumption of water 8 glasses a day. If the body fluid deficiency or dehydration, the skin will become dry.

-Avoid using soap when cleaning the face for not only dirt but also raised the natural oils in your skin that serves to protect your skin

- Increase intake of vitamins. Make sure your diet contains these vitamins A, D and E. These three types of vitamins are very useful for the skin.
