STOP Occurence of Acnes !
Following are some tips to help prevent the occurrence of acne or prevent further evolve.
Daily hygiene:
* Wash the face and areas prone to acne twice daily with mild soap or oily skin. Washing removes excess fat and dead skin cells, but excessive washing can irritate the skin.
* Use an acne cream or gel suitable for drying the fat. The most convenient are those that contain benzoyl peroxide.
* Remove all makeup before going to sleep.
* After exercise, it is important to wash the skin to prevent sweat favor the appearance of acne.
* Avoid touching the skin of the face, especially if you suffer from acne. This will be preventing its occurrence or to increase further.
* When you have some acne, avoid popping the kernels as the pus inside them could spread, causing the appearance of new grains around where was the original.
* Change towels and pillow case often. This will prevent the accumulation of grease and dirt on the cloth then be in contact with the face.
»Avoid having the hair on the face and the hair on the face favors the accumulation of grease and dirt in the face. It is not recommended with bangs combed or tufts of hair that fall directly on the face. Should wear their hair combed back.
On products are used:
* Avoid fatty or cosmetic products. The water-based cosmetics are best for preventing acne. The powders are also better than creams because they irritate the skin less.
* Use cosmetics, sunscreens and skin care products bearing the legend “non-comedogenic.” These products are what they are not conducive to acne.
Other tips to prevent acne:
* In many cases, fatty foods can promote acne. You should try to see if after eating certain foods increases the amount of acne. If so, try to avoid these foods.
* Use loose clothing that will not irritate the skin. Try not to wear helmets on their heads or other devices that can irritate the skin in those parts of the body most likely to suffer from acne. Make sure that those products which are in contact with the skin (eg a phone) are not dirty.
* Drink at least one and a half of water every day. Water helps to cleanse the body and remove impurities that affect the incidence of acne.
